Rob went out his way to rectify my problems quickly, efficiently and in a way that is seldom found in today's fast moving markets. He kept me posted and constantly kept me informed of their progress, which allowed me to 'relax", knowing that they were on top of the situation both technically and with that personal hands on touch.. ... Infinity have always responded to my IT queries with minimal delay and are so knowledgeable. I am a real 'technophobe' and they are always so friendly and supportive to my needs, as sometimes I feel embarrassed by my lack of basic IT knowledge, however they always put me at great ease and resolve my queries effectively and efficiently. We had an urgent issue with our servers and were in need of a local IT Company to help us rectify the issue. Rob, the Ops Director at Infinity worked his magic on my laptop yesterday which had been running run time errors and annoying space issues for a long time. I had been living with it driving me mad, so it was such a quick and easy process for Rob. He talked me through things too, so that I understood what he was doing.
