Infinity have always responded to my IT queries with minimal delay and are so knowledgeable. I am a real 'technophobe' and they are always so friendly and supportive to my needs, as sometimes I feel embarrassed by my lack of basic IT knowledge, however they always put me at great ease and resolve my queries effectively and efficiently.
